Kuest AI

Creator program terms

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms are between you and Kuest AI ("Kuest", "we") and apply as soon as you apply to the program.

1. Who can join

  • You are 18 or older. We confirm this when you apply.
  • You apply with your own social accounts and one Kuest account. Each person can hold one creator account.
  • We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. You're in the program once your dashboard shows you as approved.

2. What you earn

  • Revenue share. A percentage (20% unless your dashboard shows another rate) of what Kuest receives from each account credited to you, for the first 12 months after that account signs up. Subscriptions and credit top-ups both count. Refunds and chargebacks are subtracted.
  • Post rates and bonuses. A rate per 1,000 views on approved posts, or a bonus for each credited account that pays, only when agreed with us and shown in your dashboard. We count views when we review a post; views from bots, paid promotion or view swaps don't count.
  • Amounts are calculated in US dollars. Payments in other currencies are converted at Kuest's list-price ratio.

3. How accounts are credited to you

  • Share links with your code (?ref=yourcode) on any kuestai.com page. A visitor who creates a Kuest account within 90 days of first clicking your link, on the same browser, is credited to you. The first creator link a visitor clicked wins.
  • Your own accounts, people you pay or reward to sign up, and accounts created to game the program are not credited.
  • You see counts and money only. Kuest never shares who signed up or anything about the students using Kuest.

4. Payouts

  • Our team pays monthly by PayPal or Wise to the payout email in your dashboard, once your balance is at least $50. Smaller balances roll over.
  • Earnings from a payment can be held until its refund window has passed, and while we look into activity that seems unusual.
  • You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax details before paying, as the law requires.

5. Disclose every post

  • Every post, video, story or live stream about Kuest must clearly say you work with Kuest: use the platform's paid-partnership label, or put #ad or "Kuest partner" where people see it before they would scroll or tap away. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission and by similar rules in other countries.
  • Say what you honestly think. Don't promise grades, scores or results, and don't present Kuest as a way to cheat on schoolwork or exams.

6. Not allowed

  • Paid search or social ads that bid on "Kuest", "Kuest AI" or misspellings of them, or ads that send traffic straight to a referral link, unless we've agreed it in writing.
  • Content made for or aimed at children under 13, or targeting under-13s in any way.
  • Spam, fake or bought accounts, bots, comment flooding, or posting your link where it isn't welcome.
  • Posing as Kuest or as Kuest staff, using our logo beyond what we give you, or listing your code on coupon sites without our approval.
  • Asking your audience for personal details on Kuest's behalf.

7. Ending the partnership

  • You can leave at any time by writing to creators@kuestai.com. We can pause or end your account at any time, for example when a rule above is broken.
  • When the program ends for you, we pay balances of at least $50 earned in line with these terms. Earnings that came from breaking these terms are not paid.
  • We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you earn takes effect.
